PET POLICY 

We love your furry roommates as much as you do! That’s why we want to spoil them with access to Bacon’s Dog Park at The Shacks, a one-acre off-leash dog park in Austin Ranch. We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.

• Monthly pet fee: $20
• One time Fee: $400
• Pet deposit: $250
• Weight limit: 125 lb
• Pet Limit: 2
• No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Wolf Hybrids, and mixed aggressive breeds.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.

Income: Income verification is required during the application process.

Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.
