PET POLICY

We love your furry roommates as much as you do! That’s why we want to spoil them with access to Bacon’s Dog Park at The Shacks, a one-acre off-leash dog park in Austin Ranch. We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.

Monthly Pet Fee: $25
One-time Fee: $400
Pet Limit: 2
Breed Restrictions: The following breeds are not allowed: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Wolf Hybrids, and mixed aggressive breeds.

Despite the issues, the maintenance team, specifically Gio and George, are great. They’re super responsive and know how to get the work done in the most effective and efficient way possible. April, with the leasing team, is fantastic as well. There are two ladies who seemingly took over the management team or the customer experience team and they’re awesome too.
