PET POLICY

We love your furry roommates as much as you do! That’s why we want to spoil them with access to Bacon’s Dog Park at The Shacks, a one-acre off-leash dog park in Austin Ranch. We also have plenty of green spaces and pet stations throughout the community to make being a responsible pet owner easy.

One-time Fee: $400

Breed Restrictions: The following breeds are not allowed: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Wolf Hybrids, and mixed aggressive breeds.

April, with the leasing team, is fantastic as well. There are two ladies who seemingly took over the management team or the customer experience team and they’re awesome too.
